Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Solid written and verbal English skills (at least Intermediate Level)
- Understanding of software development process and technologies
- Experience in full cycle of recruitment
- Experience in direct search and headhunting
- Good knowledge of different recruitment tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- You are a positive and honest person, attentive to the details
Would be a plus:
Responsibilities:
- Providing full cycle of recruitment of IT specialists of different levels
- Maintaining candidates database
- Generation of new ways and approaches in attracting the best market specialists
