1+ year of experience in a relevant position preferably in IT company (HR administration, support, office manager, personal assistant)
Love people and willing to help them
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Organizing daily office running in a good way which means to be sure that there are enough all necessary supplies (ordering kitchen stuff and office supplies, managing cleaning staff, keep track of office expenses)
Participation in the organization of corporate events
Take participation in Employer Branding project (prepare social networks posts, order branded stuff and keep track, etc)
Maintain the entire office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Office supplies & expenses managements
Work with insurance company and documentation
Purchase, expend, distribute, store office supplies and keep records of their inventory
