Responsibilities

Propose and create processes to assure that we are reaching the quality standards;
Collaborate with customers and other engineering teams;
Design and improve automated testing strategies and frameworks;
Maintain test-related documentation;
Ensure compliance with established Information Security and Quality standards within a project;
Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders which is related to the team’s Areas of Responsibilities (AOR) and deliveries;
Report to Team Lead about area readiness/quality and raise red flags in crisis situations beyond his/her AOR;
Responsible for resolving crisis situations within his/her AOR related to technical areas;

Requirements (required)

5+ years in software testing;
Strong knowledge in JavaScript;
Experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch;
Deep knowledge of best software testing practices;
Good understanding of Agile principles, participation in Agile/Scrum projects;
Automated web-testing and proficiency with Cypress or similar tools;
Good knowledge of Jest and Enzyme;
Understanding of CI/CD concepts;
Experience in different automation testing approaches such as keyword/data/behavior-driven testing, TDD;
English level — upper-intermediate;

Java 8+ (Spring, JUnit);
Virtualization: TrafficParrot/Wiremok;
Maven;
Docker;
Karate framework (API automation);
Knowledge of Jenkins, Bamboo;
Experience in performance testing;
Good understanding of HTTP protocol;
Web Services (REST/ Json);
RDBMS (MariaDB, Oracle, DB2);
NoSQL (MongoDB).
