Purpose of the job:
Our customer is one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world that builds data analytics and visualization software to improve the quality of processes and their performance.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to supervisor about ongoing tasks status, team performance, technical and other risks
Organize calls with client to determine business needs. Formulate, test and sign off user and functional requirements
Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria
Track documentation changes and providing formal testing results in enterprise project management system
Actively participate in research, discussions and decisions on software architecture and internal coding, architectural, process and other standards
Analyze and rise risks. Suggest possible ways to avoid them
Help team to analyze and estimate implementation efforts
Risk estimations and management
Team members development
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MUST HAVE:
5+ years of commercial experience in software development applications
2+ years of Team Lead experience
2+ years of BA experience
Proven technical background (Development and/or QA)
Decent SQL knowledge
Understanding of inter-system communication principles
Understanding of REST architecture and HTTP protocol
Good spoken and written English
Full application lifecycle management experience
Good communication and collaboration skills
Fast research and learning skills

UI/UX Expertise
Experience with medical business domain
