PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Be involved into day-to-day reporting, TI scheduling assistance, Job posting and other recruiting related requests if any.
Represent company on a labor market and promote company among candidates as the Best Employer. Perform regular market searching and build pipeline of the effective candidates who potentially can fit the company hiring needs. Become the part of big team and develop yourself as a part of Capgemini.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain the corporate Candidates Data Base (CDB) to keep all data up to date
• Maintain internal TA resources
• Review resumes for requirements, pre-screen candidates
• Work with external applicants’ requests
• Work with internal referrals
• Support an entire TA administrative process as the key contact for the Recruitment Specialists, candidates;
• Work with job descriptions — compose according to Lohika format, post at the company’s website and job portals;
• Review resumes for requirements, pre-screen candidates for non-production vacancies
• Collects the statistical information about market (from competitors, candidates and so on) to provide the market analysis (salaries, projects, competitors, etc.)
• Assist in conducting PR/Recruiting/Hiring Event for increasing professional network and company promotion among potential candidates
• Support corporate recruiting programs (external referral, internal referral, applying through the site, event, etc.), collect and process information about candidates in CDB to expand the pool of candidates
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 6+ months of professional experience in administrative positions;
• Business correspondence experience;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in using MS Office;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
