We are looking for a Communications and Event Manager who has the ability to create internal communication plan and coordinate internal activities, organize events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. The person in this role must be able to interact effectively with professionals at all levels. In this position you will partner with the various senior leaders (TL’s\Head of divisions) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the Communication and events strategies and activities.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Internal corporate events organization and support
• Thematic activities planning and implementation
• Branded products purchase
• Posting on internal communication channels
• Communication with employees
• Making surveys

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• 1+ year experience in events and communication management, branding
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in article writing (incl. in English)
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
• Ability to work both as a team member and independently to deliver results
• Team building capabilities
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• Project/Program Management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in surveys preparation and results analytics
• Experience in CSR projects
