Purpose of the job:

Our client is a pioneer in the “Cybersecurity and Digital Business Risk Quantification” (CRQ) space. It helps organizations measure and mitigate enterprise-wide cyber risk in real-time using its ML Enabled API-First SAFE Platform by aggregating automated signals across people, process and technology.

By joining our team, you will become a part of feature team who would be engaged into overall application UI transformation to the new and modern technology stack (React/Typescript) which is only the one of the first steps in much bigger journey (such as movement from single-tenant to multi-tenant cloud native architecture). You will take the responsibility for the automating the things team will be doing, leveraging the full power of modern JS automation framework (TestCafe)

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement automation tasks from backlog
build the automation tests for the functionality delivered by team
Take responsibility of quality part of team delivery
Monitor the healthiness and automated tests execution results
Perform root cause analysis for technical issues
Provide estimations of feature scope and split it into task
Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
Supervise and mentor newcomers and more junior team members
Conduct technical interviews with external and internal candidates

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

2+ years of commercial experience as AQA engineer
Good experience with JS/Typescript
Understanding of automation methodologies and principles of building automation solutions
Knowledge of modern JS automation frameworks (Cypress/TestCafe)
Problem solving abilities, fast research and learning skills
Sufficient English level for communication (verbal and written)

Would be a plus:

AWS knowledge
