Our client is a cyber security consultancy that delivers a first-rate service to the UK’s organisations mainly. The product is a SaaS platform which helps organisations to develop and report compliance against legislative and regulatory obligations.
— Lead the team according to established processes while tightly collaborating with the stakeholders
— Take part in requirements analysis, tasks planning, estimation and distribution between the team members
— Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
— Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements
— Write quality and maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment
— 2+ years of TL experience
— 3 years + of commercial experience with object-oriented PHP5+ development
— Strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns
— Experience with MVC frameworks, Zend Framework 3 in particular
— Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
— Experience with HTML and CSS
— Experience with relational databases
— Experience with source code management systems such as Git, Mercurial or Subversion
— Good knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle.
— at least Intermediate level of English
— Experience with secure coding techniques
— Experience of implementing responsive web based designs
— Knowledge of the Kendo UI JavaScript framework
— Experience of Agile development methodologies — Scrum, Kanban
