• Proven 5+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles at a high technology company;
• Demonstrable experience in leading transformational change in a global environment;
• High energy with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on both strategic and tactical levels;
• Demonstrated experience in organization design, change leadership, talent management and organizational development; outcome focus is absolutely required;
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field of study is an advantage;
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices (both UA and EU);
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, and vendors;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
• Readiness to moderate travels.

• Formulate and execute global company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g. workforce planning, organizational change, performance management, talent and leadership development);

• Conduct employee recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and orientation;
• Promote employees’ and organizational development including, succession planning, management development, skills gap analysis, performance management programs, individual career development;
• Provide expertise in the following areas: compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and recognition;
• Develop strong programs focused on employees’ retention;
• Lead company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirement.
