The LOGITY TECH team creates technological solutions to the challenges brokers and carriers face in trucking logistics. We’re building a digital broker-centric ecosystem that includes a proprietary Transportation Management System, Loadboard, and a mobile app for drivers and dispatchers.

We are looking for Product Manager.

You are the one, if...

YOU HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role (business analysis, UX research, etc.);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges;
• Curiosity and eagerness to experiment: comfortable testing hypotheses, validating ideas, and learning from outcomes;
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies (formal experience a plus, but not mandatory);
• Eagerness to define and track product metrics (engagement, retention, conversion) and use them for decision-making;
• Ability to support and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis) and turn insights into action;
• Clear and structured communication skills; able to explain the why, what, and when to different audiences;
• Strong collaborator who respects team processes and contributes to a positive team culture;
• Commitment to continuous professional and personal growth;
• Proficiency in English: B2 / Upper-intermediate or higher;
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required;

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product discovery: research, ideation, and early validation of new product opportunities;
• Define and track product metrics to measure the success of experiments and guide product decisions;
• Translate findings into clear, prioritized product requirements linked to business outcomes;
• Collect and analyze user feedback and product data, turning insights into actionable improvements;
• Share data-driven insights and recommendations with stakeholders to guide next steps;
• Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh ideas into product strategy discussions;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution;
• Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, including beta programs and post- launch feedback loops;
• Support and conduct market and user research to uncover customer needs and opportunities;
• Help design and run experiments (prototypes, A/B tests, pilot releases) to quickly validate hypotheses;
