LogiqApps AS is a Norwegian company located in Oslo. We are specialized in Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Our clients are end customers and other Microsoft partners, such as Avanade, Capgemini, and Microsoft itself.

We are looking for a proffecional HR manager who will help us to build HR processes such as absence management, collection timesheets, providing feedbacks and organizing documentation.

We expect the manager to take full responsibility for the HR processes in the company.

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager;
• Experience in the IT sphere;
• Advanced English.

Your responsibilities

• Help build the HR processes;
• Manage full employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance review, absence management;
• Maintain documentation relating to employees and HR policies;
• Administrate benefits;
• Communicate with various service providers and partners and find new ones as needed.
