We’re looking for a proactive person to help us with Marketing/Recruiter/HR and handling basic HR functions. You’ll be responsible for:
— ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are properly documented, kept up to date and uploaded to the applicable systems;
— create and coordinate internal communications to support HR initiatives;
— Sales and marketing related tasks
— building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and managing the employee experience, from first contact through onboarding and further administration;
— bridge and foster the relationship between Consultants, Management and back-office team;
— Outlook — Create, send, and respond to high-level internal and external email correspondence in impacting and effective fashion;
— Responsible for all travel arrangements, including changes, cancellations, upgrades etc.;
— Support consultants whit expenses management. Process, submit, monitor, and troubleshoot executive expense reporting;
