About the role

Responsibilities

• Drive the Locals.org app strategy with a product team
• Launch new features and drive product improvements for our community
• Drive new feature development from start to finish by working with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, operations, and marketing
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
• Collect and utilize data in making key product decisions

About you

• 3+ years of experience in product management (previous experience in dating or social networking apps is a huge plus)
• Data-driven. You base all decisions on facts rather than opinions
• A go-getter who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and dives into a project to achieve success by problem-solving with a bias for action
• The ability to make highly informed prioritization and tradeoff decisions with engineering
• You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to deliver
• Thorough English
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn
• The ability to make things happen around you, managing project ambiguity and complexity in an organized and structured way
