ARX Robotics is a dual-use technology company specializing in developing autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defense sector. The dual-use unmanned ground systems and sensors assist NATO Armies and civilian first responders in tackling their most challenging problems by providing them with training and information to make better decisions and take effective actions in life-or-death situations.

ARX is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Kyiv. In this role, you will lead the coordination and execution of military tech projects — from feedback processing and roadmap planning to testing and codification. Working closely with technical teams and military stakeholders, you will be a key driver of continuous product improvement and mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team and Stakeholder Coordination — facilitate collaboration between internal technical teams and external military or governmental bodies. Serve as the main point of contact across functions.

2. Project Coordination and Lifecycle Management — oversee project progress from planning to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-scope execution across modernization, testing, and implementation efforts.

3. Roadmap Development and Execution — develop product improvement roadmaps aligned with operational needs and technical feasibility. Ensure cross-functional alignment and progress tracking.

4. Testing and Field Trials Oversight — coordinate field trials and validation efforts in collaboration with engineers and military end users. Analyze results and feed them into development cycles.

5. Documentation and Reporting — prepare structured documentation, status updates, and milestone reports for internal use and external stakeholder communication.

6. Risk and Timeline Management — identify delivery bottlenecks, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely execution under operational constraints.

7. Military Feedback and Requirements Integration — establish structured feedback loops with military stakeholders to gather insights, define user needs, and translate them into actionable technical requirements and product updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in defense, tech, or hardware industries
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills in managing multiple stakeholders
• Solid experience with project tracking and task management systems
• Understanding of systems integration, testing procedures, and product lifecycle management
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
• Technical background (engineering, robotics, defense systems) is a strong plus
• Experience working with military or government clients is highly preferred
