We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst who can apply statistical and analytical skills, conduct researches for our Marketing Team to contribute to success of our projects.

Your experience includes:

🔥 Statistical or mathematical modeling skills
🔥 Expert in Microsoft Excel
🔥 Ability to conduct research
🔥 English level — intermediate

Following skills would be a plus:

❇️ Excellent data presentation skills would be a huge plus
❇️ Data visualization — BI tools, Power BI, Tableu
❇️ SQL, databases
❇️ R language
❇️ A natural curiosity and skepticism to help you test the hypothesis we have
❇️ Understanding of web-related behaviors and trends
❇️ Experience with analytic techniques and statistical modeling
❇️ Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data provided

What will you be doing?

👉 Contribute to data-driven decision making of the company by gathering and analyzing data
👉 Conduct researches for Operations Team, Product Management Team, etc
👉 Monitor and analyze market trends to spot new opportunities for optimization
👉 Develop various predictive models, and optimize workflow across the company
👉 Provide insights on data related to freelance platform and customer support platform together with analytics team
👉Acquiring new skills and implementing them in a real life environment.
