Необхідні навички

— 1-2 years experience in Customer Support or Customer Success
— Fluent written and spoken English
— Excellent communication skills
— Passion for consulting and tactical empathy
— Previous experience with problem-solving in a customer facing environment

Буде плюсом

— Previous experience as a Sales Manager is a plus
— Experience working with native English speakers is a plus
— Participation in international exchange programs is a big plus

Обов’язки

— Onboard and educate our customers to ensure they minimize non-productive actions and help them perform better on the platform
— Work on engagement of customer base, make a stickiness effect real
— Provide assistance with the web and mobile interface
— Handling complaints and issues
— Successfully develop and deliver educational content while tracking progress
— Reduce customers churn and surface expansion opportunities
— Collect product feedback and channel it to the Product Team

Our main product is kind of a freelance portal like Upwork or Freelancer. Thousands of freelancers through all over the world use our product to make money on a daily basis.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who is result-driven, and excited about working directly with customers to help them work efficiently and achieve their personal goals. As one of our first Customer Success teammates, you’ll be a key member of the team, helping us define and grow the role itself.

There is no up/cross selling or cold calls associated with your role — you will focus on helping customers get off on the right foot by helping onboard and teach them how to get the most from our freelance platform.
