We are looking for a bold data-driven User Acquisition Manager (Mobile App) who is not afraid of taking calculated risks to grow the business to new heights. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level. You will be a valued part of the Acquisition Team and will take a lead on developing and executing a comprehensive App User Acquisition strategy
You will have an impact on the product, its conversion funnel through a close cooperation with our PMs, designers and other channels’ managers. You will be given a wide room for experimenting with creatives, landing pages, targeting and ad optimization options in order to scale our Mobile App ad campaigns and maximize the profit.
🧰 Skills and experience that we’re looking for 👀
✅ 2+ years running and optimizing successful Brand and Performance mobile app user acquisition campaigns with a proven track record
✅ Experience running profitable mobile app user acquisition campaigns at a high scale with big budget across multiple networks/channels
✅ Thorough understanding of ad attribution and app user tracking with mobile measurement solutions is a must (Firebase, Appsflyer, Facebook SDK etc.)
✅ Creative spirit capable of developing result-oriented marketing campaigns & creating catchy, engaging, and selling ads
✅ Comprehensive knowledge of A/B and multivariative split testing
✅ Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions; comfort manipulating data in Excel and/or Google Sheets
✅ Basic understanding of UX, user journey mapping
✅ Self-motivated and independent, well-organized, able to do hands-on work and analysis with minimum supervision
✅ English — Intermediate and higher
✅ The most important things are your mindset, ability to generate and implement ideas, and desire to come up with solutions for the work challenges
➕ Experience in ASO, understanding App Store, and Google Play algorithms would be a huge plus

💻 What will you be responsible for?
💥 Develop and execute Mobile App Ads strategy for profitable user acquisition growth
💥 Build, manage, and scale mobile campaigns on Facebook Ads and other platforms
💥 Take direct ownership of daily and monthly campaign metrics, always looking to squeeze better performance out of the planned budget
💥 Generate and test hypotheses, conduct split tests to optimize campaign performance and gain valuable insights about our target audience through a data-driven approach
💥 Cooperate closely with CMO and Product Team to improve the app for better user acquisition results
💥 Ensure proper tracking and attribution of app users with the help of Data and Web Analysts
💥 Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce outstanding ad creatives
💥 Develop, maintain and share a complete knowledge of mobile app user acquisition
