We are looking for a Product Designer at Liven.

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?

• Ownership & impact. You’ll help shape the product’s direction. Expect to make decisions in ambiguous situations, communicate them clearly, and own outcomes end-to-end — from idea to launch.
• Cross-functional collaboration. We’re building an ecosystem, which means getting deep into different product areas and their contexts. You’ll partner closely with PMs, engineers, analysts, and designers to align on decisions and balance trade-offs.
• Data-informed design. Your work will directly impact business outcomes. You’ll use data and user insights to form hypotheses, validate solutions, and measure impact.
• Design system evolution. Help grow and scale our design system: keep experiences consistent, introduce new patterns, and make sure it enables teams to move faster.
• AI in your workflow. Use AI to explore ideas quickly, generate variations, and speed up repetitive tasks — so you can spend more time on high-impact product thinking.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

• Proactive mindset. You proactively spot UX gaps and friction points and bring forward ideas to improve the overall experience.
• End-to-end design ownership. You’re comfortable owning the full design process — from problem discovery and insights to final solutions and supporting the team through implementation.
• Advanced Figma skills. Strong command of Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variables, and scalable file structure. You know how to build maintainable, flexible designs.
• Design systems & scalability. Hands-on experience with Atomic Design and design tokens. You can create reusable, scalable components that work across different products and contexts.
• Analytics & research. You use data and research to inform your decisions, validate solutions, and clearly explain the “why” behind your design choices.
• Understanding of implementation. You have a solid understanding of how design translates into code, which helps you collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Visual quality & brand alignment. You craft polished, visually strong solutions that align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent product experience.

🌱 Even Better If You:

• Experience designing native mobile apps. You have hands-on experience designing for iOS and/or Android, with a solid understanding of patterns and constraints. You know how to create intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences that feel native to each platform.
• Interactive animation skills (Rive or Lottie). You can independently create and implement interactive animations using tools like Rive. You understand how motion enhances usability and feedback, and you use it thoughtfully to improve the user experience.
• Basic illustration & composition skills. You have a foundational understanding of illustration, visual hierarchy, and composition. You can create or refine visuals when needed and ensure layouts feel balanced, clear, and visually engaging.
