We are looking for a People Partner. In the role of People Partner at Liven, you’ll be shaping our culture, supporting team growth, and contributing to building a product that truly transforms people’s lives.
🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?
— Close collaboration and coaching of team leaders: supporting the development of people management skills, guiding them through complex people situations, fostering a continuous feedback culture;
— Building a system for employee development, retention, and succession planning;
— Contributing to the optimization and improvement of the company’s organizational structure to support scaling and increase cross-team efficiency;
— Supporting and scaling all employee lifecycle processes in line with the growth of Product & Engineering teams (onboarding, performance review, career development, etc.);
— Strengthening company culture and team climate during rapid growth;
— Supporting well-being and mental health initiatives in collaboration with an external provider;
— Using people data (HR analytics) to make evidence-based recommendations and decisions for the business.
🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
— 3+ years of experience as a People/Talent Partner or HR Specialist (preferably with product or technical teams);
— Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and hands-on experience scaling them;
— Experience working with various HRMS systems (HiBob, PeopleForce, etc.);
— Excellent communication skills: you can negotiate, express your thoughts clearly, build win-win solutions, use feedback as a tool, and manage communications across teams and working groups;
— Results-oriented: able to set priorities, track progress, find resources, ask the right questions (“what problem are we solving?”), and meet deadlines;
— English: Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate;
— A proactive and initiative-driven mindset: you take ownership, bring new ideas, and experiment to achieve faster and higher-quality results;
🌱 Even Better If You:
— Have experience facilitating team sessions or workshops (especially for product and technical leaders);
— Have experience organizing team events that strengthen culture and engagement;
— Have knowledge of or interest in people analytics (collecting and interpreting HR metrics);
— Have experience supporting well-being / mental health programs;
— Have a good sense of humor 😊
