The Role You’ll Own — Creative Marketing Manager
🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?
— Creating advertising creatives, analyzing their performance, and continuously improving them to attract new users;
— Monitoring and analyzing the market, constantly generating well-founded hypotheses for creatives;
— Generating ideas to improve the product and funnels through marketing;
— Ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to generate hypotheses and exchange insights.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
— 1+ year of experience in performance marketing, or experience in FMCG or Big4 companies;
— Ability to approach problem-solving systematically — identifying the root cause, breaking it down into smaller components, and formulating solutions;
— A desire to take responsibility and execute tasks ‘from 0 to 1’;
— Analytical skills, the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw conclusions, critical thinking;
— Proactivity and accountability for your tasks: you don’t wait to be told what to do, but proactively offer solutions and ideas;
— English at B1 level or higher.
