The Role You’ll Own — Senior Data Scientist

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?

— Development and integration of AI/ML solutions: build models for recommendations, content personalization, and emotional state analysis. You’ll have the opportunity to work on the full lifecycle of AI features — from prototyping to production;
— Data pipelines: design and maintain ETL processes, ensure data quality and availability for training and inference;
— Productionalization: deploy models to production via REST/GRPC services, set up CI/CD pipelines for ML projects (MLOps);
— Monitoring and optimization: track quality metrics (accuracy, latency, throughput), and respond promptly to data drift and performance degradation;
— Research and prototyping: experiment with new architectures (transformers, embeddings, diffusion models), evaluate open-source frameworks and tools;
— Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to ensure AI features and automation deliver real business value.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

— 4+ years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions;
— Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch;
— Expertise in NLP (Transformers, Embeddings, Fine-tuning LLMs, Prompt Engineering);
— Experience in designing and implementing RAG solutions (LangChain, LlamaIndex);
— Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) in production environments;
— Experience building end-to-end data pipelines (Pandas, Spark, Airflow);
— Experience with cloud AI services at the architectural level;
— Practical experience deploying models to production: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar);
— Understanding of MLOps principles: model versioning (MLflow/DVC), monitoring, automation;
— Ability to run experiments and interpret results from a business metrics perspective.

It will be a plus:
— Knowledge of LangChain, Llama 2, OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers;
— Experience with generative models (GANs, diffusion);
— Skills in working with graph databases and recommendation engines.
