The Role You’ll Own — Android Developer

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI features within our mobile app, actively participating in design, development, and continuous improvement of the product.

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?
— Develop core AI-driven functionalities integrated into main app flows, working with AI APIs and crafting intuitive UX around the assistant;
— Participate in designing the architecture of new features, focusing on scalability, reusability, and performance;
— Take full ownership of feature delivery — from idea, UI/UX discussions, and technical design to stable production release and monitoring;
— Work with CI/CD, analytics, and feedback loops to continuously improve features based on data;
— Collaborate closely with AI, product, and design teams to create a smart, adaptive mobile experience;
— Proactively contribute to improving engineering practices, development approaches, app performance, and overall quality culture.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
— 2+ years of professional Android development experience;
— Ability to design clear, maintainable architecture applying SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI principles;
— Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK with deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations;
— Experience with Jetpack Compose in production apps;
— Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, and ability to justify your choices;
— Experience delivering features end-to-end — from design and implementation to release, monitoring, and iteration;
— Skilled in integrating analytics, tracking metrics, and ensuring mobile observability;
— Solid understanding of Android component lifecycle, threading, and asynchronous programming;
— Experience working with REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSocket, Retrofit/Ktor, Apollo, navigation, and DI (Koin);
— Hands-on experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests;
— Proactive, independent, and eager to influence the product beyond just completing tasks.
