The Role You’ll Own — User Acquisition Manager

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?

— Create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads;
— Test new channels and technologies;
— Analyze key performance indicators across all channels: LTV, CAC, OMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR, etc.;
— Participate in the development of marketing strategy together with the team.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

— Strong analytical skills: experience working with data, numbers, and metrics;
— You have an entrepreneurial mindset — you’re comfortable developing and scaling things from scratch;
— Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

🌱 Even Better If:

— 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing, auditing, or analytics;
— Experience working with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google, etc.;
— Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and key metrics;
— Experience managing large budgets and handling large volumes of data.
