Senior Salesforce developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform;
• Build complex functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Component;
• Configure and optimize the Lightning Experience UI;
• Perform declarative configuration (flows, objects, lightning pages, page layouts, validation rules, etc.);
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience;
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities;
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative automations;
• Experience in Salesforce integration (REST, SOAP, Bulk 2.0, Streaming APIs, etc.);
• At least one current Salesforce certification (e.g. Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant);
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field;
• Fluent English — you’ll be working in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Advanced Salesforce certifications;
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps for Salesforce;
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Interview timing:
