• 8+ years of CRM experience & should have been as a Business analyst for at least 2 CRM implementations;
• Business discussions/workshops, and experience with CRM functional design covering functionalities like Customer management, Contact Management, Activities, Opportunities, etc;
• Experience in providing high level solution to Business & driven the solution workshops;
• Knowledge of co-ordination between among different teams like Development, QA, etc;
• Experience in Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out;
• Experience in the SFA & Field sales execution implementation of CRM;
• Deep understanding of multiple industry domains;
• Strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
• Good written and spoken communications in English.
