— Deep knowledge of Ruby/RubyOnRails.
— 3 years+ of stable commercial work with RubyOnRails and it’s common tools and good practices
— RSpec testing utils is a must. Acceptance testing, like API2ME will be an advantage.
— Rails common servers (like Puma, Unicorn) advanced configuration will be an advantage.
— Experience of designing REST API is a must.
— Experience in working with Postgres or MySQL
— Proficient understanding of SQL (not only AR)
— Good understanding of Networking, HTTP Statuses & Methods
— Git, Gitflow, branching models and conventional commits understanding is a must.
— Understanding of OOP, design patterns, programming principles and best practice is a must.
— Frontend development experience will be an advantage.

— English skills enough to:
Read/write/discuss technical requirements on tasks.
Provide/take technical reviews on the code.
Clearly describe your experience and technical decisions based on it.
Support small-talks and non-technical discussions.
