At LITSLINK, we’re continuously growing our AI Talent Pool and looking for experienced AI/ML Engineers to join upcoming international projects.

We work with clients across different industries, helping them build intelligent products, automate business processes, and bring AI solutions into production. We’re interested in engineers with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, or Data Science who enjoy solving challenging engineering problems and building scalable AI systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for production environments.
• Build, train, optimize, and maintain machine learning models.
• Develop AI-powered applications and backend services.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing products and platforms.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to solve real business problems.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve AI systems.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
• Experience building and deploying production AI/ML solutions.
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend development (FastAPI or similar is a plus).
• Experience with SQL, Git, and Docker.
• Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, AI Agents, or Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Computer Vision or NLP expertise.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, or MLOps practices.
• Experience with MLflow, LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar observability tools.
