Product-focused studio working on software solutions and content automation tools for subscription-based businesses is looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager (Revenue & Partnerships) to drive revenue growth and partnerships.

About the role

This role is focused on owning revenue generation, building pipelines, and closing B2B deals.

It is a hands-on position combining sales, business development, and partnerships, with a strong focus on execution, experiments, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Work with existing client base
  • Source new B2B clients (outbound + inbound)
  • Build and manage partnerships
  • Participate in client calls and negotiations
  • Close deals end-to-end
  • Work with leads (60% warm / 40% cold)
  • Support webinar setup (nice to have)

Requirements

  • English level: B2+
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales (cold outreach, lead generation)
  • Experience working with IT services or product companies
  • Readiness to join calls and lead conversations
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (mainly Warsaw) for client meetings and events
  • Readiness to attend offline events and in-person meetings (all travel expenses covered by the company)
  • Result-oriented and proactive mindset

Will be a plus

  • Experience with partnerships development
  • Experience with webinars or online events
