Product-focused studio working on software solutions and content automation tools for subscription-based businesses is looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager (Revenue & Partnerships) to drive revenue growth and partnerships.
About the role
This role is focused on owning revenue generation, building pipelines, and closing B2B deals.
It is a hands-on position combining sales, business development, and partnerships, with a strong focus on execution, experiments, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Work with existing client base
- Source new B2B clients (outbound + inbound)
- Build and manage partnerships
- Participate in client calls and negotiations
- Close deals end-to-end
- Work with leads (60% warm / 40% cold)
- Support webinar setup (nice to have)
Requirements
- English level: B2+
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales (cold outreach, lead generation)
- Experience working with IT services or product companies
- Readiness to join calls and lead conversations
- Willingness to travel across Europe (mainly Warsaw) for client meetings and events
- Readiness to attend offline events and in-person meetings (all travel expenses covered by the company)
- Result-oriented and proactive mindset

- Experience with webinars or online events
