We are looking for a highly motivated junior SDR.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.).
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects and generate interest in our solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
