Skills/experience:
— Experience in identifying, and targeting ICPs via outbound sources;
— Experience working with CRM;
— Ability to develop, set and meet sales KPI;
— Experience in Web/Mobile Projects Estimations and validation;
— Elicitation of Bussiness Requirements from clients during the pre-sale phase;
— Great communication and commercial negotiations skills, ability to align clients’ expectations and requirements;
— Minimum Upper Intermediate/Advanced level of English;
— Professional and positive attitude;
— Understand how to continuously develop & position the company’s unique value proposition;
— Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously and independently.

Responsibilities:
— Identify ICP ;
— An outbound outreach for new leads according to the ICP via different sources;
— Ensure leads’ readiness to continue communication during the pre-sale stage;
— Identify the lead’s requirements and Introduce the Company’s services in the meetings and via chats;
— Pursue a leadership journey through the Company’s processes for closing the deal;
— Build commercial proposals, formulate company USP and proposals presentation;
— Negotiate terms and conditions for the deals;
— Participate in the design and implementation of a sales plan that expands the company’s customer base;
— Present sales reports and forecasts on the KPI;
— Work regularly and accurately with CRM;
— Work in close cooperation with outbound sales and the SDR team.
