Необходимые навыки

— 2+ years’ experience in IT recruitment for mid and senior technical positions (outsourcing/outstaffing/IT consulting services);
— Good skilled in different recruitment practices, process, and tools;
— Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player;
— Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication and networking skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Обязанности

— Sourcing candidates from different channels and generating pipelines for each position;
— Managing candidate process, evaluate skills level and onboarding processes;
— Navigating through any communication gaps or barriers including using innovative methods;
— Providing the best recruitment performance (in-time vacancies closure, internal customers’ satisfaction);
— Hold outstanding relationships with hiring managers/clients and talents, in order to collaborate together;
— Job market analyses and reviews;
— Regular reporting and providing market overview;
— Participate in the optimization of recruiting processes and introducing best practices.

The main role is driving full-cycle recruitment for mid- /senior tech and executive positions, ensuring the best possible candidate experience and results for our Kyiv and Kharkiv offices (if it needed for our office based in the USA). As a team member participates in building a scalable, systematic recruitment function for quickly growing IT company.
