Here’s a look at what your main responsibilities will be like:
● CRM database maintenance (contacts, deals, tasks)
● Communication with potential customers
● Conduct initial negotiations with customers over text and voice communication
● Conduct initial analysis of customers’ needs
● Conducting Daily / Weekly / Monthly meetings with the Sales Team
● Search for new sales opportunities and channels to attract new customers
● Maintain and develop trustful relationships with clients
Our Ideal Candidate:
● Fast learner with a desire to grow professionally
● Client-oriented
● Has Upper-Intermediate+ English Level
● Interested in technologies and software development
● Has basic understanding of terminology for software development
As a plus:
● Understand principles and processes of IT industry and software development in particular
● Experience in lead generation
● Understanding SDLC and PM methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
