LITSLINK is looking for dynamic and high-performing Customer Success Representative/Manager [Account Manager] who will be responsible for proactive communications with existing clients and provide guidance to clients for future success. What you will be doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers;
  • Ensure customer success during the project implementation — regularly collect client feedbacks, supervise project implementation;
  • Implement upsells to the existing clients — negotiate prices, contract conditions, sign the contracts on upwork and direct contracts;
  • Building, developing, maintaining and cultivating long-term relationships between the client and internal teams to maximize growth within a client account;
  • Act as an escalation point for the client — problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis.

What you need for this position:

✅2+ year of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT industry;

✅Understanding of SDLC;

✅Tech stack high-lvl understanding;

✅Advanced/Fluent English;

✅Analytical mindset;

✅Highly developed social and communication skills;

✅Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment;

✅Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;

✅Ability to work autonomously and independently;

✅Desire to learn and to research;

✅To work as a team member.
