I’d like to share about my cooperation with Litslink.
I started as a trainee, and so far this is my experience:
Shortly, this is what happened:
I was added to a group of people who also passed for the trainee position. The idea was that people of similar level could help each other out with stuff (which is quite a good idea). I was also given material to catch up my knowledge to a certain level by myself (a lot of great material, high quality and up to date). Me and my team are working while being in a zoom call together (great for fast communication if needed). We don’t necessarily work on one common thing, but you feel more socialized while being at home. We are provided with lots of new material to study and have workshops with an expert time to time, who teaches us some topic and answers questions. All the rest hours of a working day (5-6 hrs) you can spend on leveling up your knowledge and practical skills until you are assigned to a real project to work on in a month or two (faster if you have experience :).
Overall, I am very happy being here, I skyrocketed my understanding of machine learning and look forward to cooperating with litslink!
