Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase organic downloads in the AppStore (only) for UK, PL, US, DE, BR and other major locales;
  • Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive ASO strategy;
  • Conduct keyword research, app page optimization (title, description, metadata), and A/B testing to drive higher search rankings;
  • Utilize incentive traffic strategies to boost app downloads and engagement, ensuring alignment with Apple’s guidelines;
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize ASO and ASA campaigns continuously.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ASO for iOS apps, with a deep understanding of the App Store ecosystem;
  • Experience working with incentive traffic (such as offerwalls, rewarded installs) and ensuring compliance with App Store guidelines;
  • Ability to use ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, App Annie) for keyword research, optimization, and performance tracking;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and optimize accordingly;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools such as Firebase or Appsflyer;
  • Experience with creative optimization and A/B testing for app page assets (screenshots, videos, etc.);
  • Passion for the mobile app industry and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in ASO and mobile growth.

Will be a plus:

  • Good knowledge of ASA (App Store Search Ads) campaign management, including keyword targeting and optimization.
