Our current product is Liro (iOS app) that turns spoken words into slick captions on videos, automatically. It’s like magic, but cooler, because it’s real. We have tens of thousand monthly active users, our average the App Store rating is 4.7 ⭐️ (~7k ratings) and incredible plans to grow.

We’re looking product designer to scale Liro and make it better.

What You’ll Do:

This gig isn’t just about designing. It’s about bringing your ideas to the table, crafting innovative solutions, and helping shape our app’s future. You’ll be designing, sure, but also brainstorming, problem-solving, and making a real impact on product. There is a place to unleash all of your potential! 🔥

Need-to-Haves:

1. 5+ years of creating cool stuff as a product designer;
2. Use users feedback and hypotheses to build prototypes iteratively. We want original ideas, not just copies of what’s already out there;
3. Design minimalist, functional interfaces in Figma, and pay attention to details like element states, animations, and how everything connects;
4. Slick and modern visual style is a must;
5. Use Amplitude to see if our ideas are working. With all the event data we have, you’ll get clear insights into what’s effective;
6. Maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines;
7. Love for working with a team that cares about making a product better, not just bigger;
8. Having worked on photo/video applications is a bonus;
9. Proactivity is your basic setup.
