We are looking for Sales Assistant to join our Business Development Department at Lionwood.software.
Knowledge and skills:
— Experience of working with Upwork, Fiverr or similar platforms
— Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (is a plus);
— Upper intermediate or advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
— Experience using CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively answer clients’s questions
— Eager to learn and be proactive
— Ability to write personalized and engaging proposals
— Attention to details
Responsibilities:
— Identify and engage potential leads on UpWork and other platforms
— Respond to inquiries, initiate discussions, and understand client needs
— Review profiles and regularly update those with the support of our Business Development team
— Write effective and detailed proposals (under the assistance of engagement team)
— Provide initial consultation about our services and arrange calls
— Negotiate and close
— Track activities in CRM, direct reporting to the Head of Business Development
— Actively engage with Business Development and Engagement team
Working conditions:
— Compensation for sick leaves (10 days with 50% of compensation), vacation (20 days per year)
