Project description:

The company helps thousands of international students from around the world achieve their dream of studying in the UK, US, and China. They work with universities to create specialist programs designed specifically for international students.
They used to have separate B2B and B2C sites, but now the new project starts which aims at bringing all together to the new site.

As a Solution Lead you fulfil an essential role. You will be responsible for the design of our global Salesforce Service Cloud solutions by continuously collaborating with our technical & delivery teams and our internal and external customers. You will consult on business requirements and shape them into system solutions, and provide leadership on proof-of-concepts to establish design patterns for new product and service offerings. You will work closely with other engineers, developers, delivery, and customer service teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate)
• Thorough knowledge of Service Cloud and experience with more than one implementation
• Experience in the design and use of Service Cloud solutions.
• The ability to inspire our development teams and internal customers.
• Passion for the latest digital platform technology and can explain the benefits to leadership and end users.
• A collaborative and communicative mentality, ready to celebrate successes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and design a roadmap to incorporate value-added Service Cloud solutions to business challenges.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Service Cloud and related technologies, providing guidance and expertise to both business and technology teams.
• Translate business ideas into buildable designs, aligning to industry standards and Sales Cloud capabilities.
• Mentor and educate team members on Service Cloud functionality, configuration, and best practices.
• Design and develop complex solutions using the Service Cloud platform, including multi-channel capabilities to increase automated capabilities and service levels.
• Ability to work with and coordinate with other developers using tools such as Slack, Git Hub, Jira, Confluence, YouTrack

Working conditions:
