REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian IT markets;
- Proficient knowledge of specialized tools for sourcing;
- Strong attention to details;
- Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with a sense of humor;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Multitasking;
- Finished IT Recruitment Course;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs;
- Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks) according to vacancies requirements;
- Identify new channels for qualified candidates;
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks;
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details;
- Design job descriptions for positions requirements;
- Posting job adverts, cooperation with job sites;
- Build talent pipelines;
- Work closely with TA Department.
AS A PLUS:
- Experience working as IT Sourcer/Researcher or Junior Recruiter at least for 6 months will be a huge plus.
