Required Experience/Characteristics:

Eligible to work in Ukraine
Proficient in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate/advanced)
Troubleshooting experience
Salesforce/Teamviewer/Jira experience
Basic SQL knowledge (nice to have)
A strong critical thinker and a problem solver
Experience providing application support services to defined SLAs
Highly self-motivated, self-directed, professional and reliable
Ability to approach support issues analytically, as well as understand and solve problems efficiently
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Understanding of ITIL (nice to have)

Обов’язки

Key Functions:

— Apply advanced troubleshooting approaches and provide support for L1 engineers for complex troubleshooting cases
— Perform root-cause analysis and communicate with internal teams and clients to find potential workarounds and the required fix/improved solution
— Document actions taken within the ticketed query system and ensure requests, issues and resolutions are kept up to date
— Analyze issue resolution data, make recommendations for support process improvement, and assist in the implementation of changes
— Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
— Work cooperatively with development, release and quality assurance personnel in the design, testing, and delivery of custom developed solutions
— Interact with clients in order to find the cause of the problem. Connect to PC using Teamviewer.
