LimITLess Consultants LLC (©LimTC) — another example of shady place with indifference towards candidates’ time and efforts. After 3-step interview, I “got approved” for the job. The recruiter dragged out the process as much as possible, citing holidays and weekends on the client’s side, repeatedly saying that there was just one small step left before starting the job and reassuring me with statements like, “clients just want to see you—it’s just part of our procedure.” I was offered to sign a pre-offer agreement and was not informed that interviews with other candidates were still ongoing, and they let ALL their candidates sign the pre-offer. I take the choice of a company for collaboration seriously and found it unacceptable to continue attending interviews or seeking other arrangements, which turned out to be my mistake. Keeping me on standby as a backup option for a month, the company continued searching for a “more suitable” candidate. When they found one, all I received was a message saying, “We hope you’ve managed to find another position by now,” while shifting the blame onto the client, who supposedly changed their decision at the last moment.

If you work with this organization, do not expect respect, responsibility, or professional ethics. If you are offered a job here, I recommend accepting it as a backup option while continuing to look for opportunities elsewhere and accepting any decent offer that comes along from another company.
