I have been working as an IT Review Specialist for 3 months and I am impressed with the working atmosphere. The management is incredibly kind and understanding. They constantly collect feedback from employees about the workspace and look for even the smallest things they can improve to make employees feel more comfortable. My favorite day right now is Thursday because our HR team starts a little team chat game and it’s always refreshing and entertaining.
At first, I was not sure about my competence and level of English, but the leaders of the wonderful team, Olga and Daria, were always there for advice and help.
If you have good English knowledge and looking for friendly atmoshpere to work it’s the right place.
