I have been working for LimTC for about 18 months and I am extremely happy to be a part of such a wonderful team!
Here you can find some really interesting projects where you have all the necessary tools to develop your skills and grow professionally. Management is always there for you whenever you need any kind of the advice or assistance, or face challenges. Team leads do the great work leading, so you will never feel alone. HR is doing a great job hiring and keeping everyone motivated. Everybody is extremely helpful and understanding and the atmosphere is simply amazing.
I work fully remotely but I still feel like a part of a big family.
Payment system is absolutely transparent (you have your salary + bonuses) and is always paid in timely manner.
What I find really fascinating is that during the war the workflow hasn’t changed a bit and they managed to accommodate every single team member by all means.
