The ideal candidate Limestone Digital is seeking has 5+ years of IT Sales experience and strong relationships in the technology services and outsourcing industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology sales and technology and/or professional services sales. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most.
Required Skills
- 5+ years’ of IT Solution Sales or Professional Services Sales experience;
- A deep understanding of Enterprise B2B Sales with a focus on IT/Software fields;
- 3+ years’ experience working in an IT outsource company (size 200+);
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely;
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs;
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
- Critical thinker and problem solver;
- Good time management skills;
- Good business knowledge;
- A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style;
- Advanced English level, both written and oral.
Responsibilities
- The primary role of this sales position is to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Level, VP and Director level;
- Be proactive, organized, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments;
- Communicate and manage team;
- Plan for company’s financial success;
- Determine key business development KPIs;
- Communicate and build a strong relationship with clients;
- Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers;
- Build relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personnel;
- Keeping up to date with economic and business developments throughout the working day;
- Keeping up to date with overall business trends;
- Performing research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market;
- Deciding whether or not this research is useful and using it as necessary;
- Liaising with other professionals in the company and in other companies, including account managers.
