The ideal candidate Limestone Digital is seeking has 5+ years of IT Sales experience and strong relationships in the technology services and outsourcing industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology sales and technology and/or professional services sales. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years’ of IT Solution Sales or Professional Services Sales experience;
  • A deep understanding of Enterprise B2B Sales with a focus on IT/Software fields;
  • 3+ years’ experience working in an IT outsource company (size 200+);
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely;
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs;
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
  • Critical thinker and problem solver;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Good business knowledge;
  • A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style;
  • Advanced English level, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

  • The primary role of this sales position is to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Level, VP and Director level;
  • Be proactive, organized, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments;
  • Communicate and manage team;
  • Plan for company’s financial success;
  • Determine key business development KPIs;
  • Communicate and build a strong relationship with clients;
  • Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers;
  • Build relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personnel;
  • Keeping up to date with economic and business developments throughout the working day;
  • Keeping up to date with overall business trends;
  • Performing research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market;
  • Deciding whether or not this research is useful and using it as necessary;
  • Liaising with other professionals in the company and in other companies, including account managers.
