Required skills:
— Has at least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field;
— Has experience in Agile software development;
— Has the ability to document business logic from scratch and prepare technical documentation: mapping within systems for building synchronization flow, services, internal development documentation, etc.;
— Has experience in requirements gathering;
— Has experience with visual modeling (prototyping, UML and BPMN);
— Has a proficient understanding of the principles of REST API (inc. HTTP methods) and client-server architecture;
— Can communicate in English at an Upper-Intermediate level;
Would be a great advantage:
— Experience in ERP/Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Optional:
— Has solid Expertise in writing user stories, including acceptance criteria using Gherkin Language;
— Has basic knowledge of SQL.
Responsibilities
— Work with Architects, PO and other stakeholders to define requirements and identify business priorities;
— Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification, workflow diagrams/wireframes;
— Work with cross-functional scrum teams for the solution implementation;
— Collaborating with Project Manager to create Project backlog, Product Strategy and Road Map;
— Break project requirements into tasks, define priorities and distribute between the team members;
— Keep requirements documentation up to date;
— Assure cooperation between Product Owner, UX designers and development teams;
— Work directly with Project managers to help implement project goals;
— Create and support project specification documents;
— Regular internal reporting;
— Take part/assist in managing projects.
