Light IT expands sales department. We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager with perfect English and excellent negotiation skills. Your main task will be to establish strong relationships with clients and increase the financial growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
— Communication with potential customers (identification of needs, presentation of services, work with objections, closing deals)
— Search for new clients by ICP through special platforms (upwork, linkedin)
— Cold outreach
— Working with warm leads
— Working with CRM
— Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients
— Conducting upsale
— Identification of negative aspects of quality to improve sales process
— Business trips to various conferences, networking

Requirements:
— Sales experience (not necessarily IT)
— Fluent English (verbal and oral)
— Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude
— Strong negotiations and presentations skills
— Deep understanding of IT business
— Client-oriented approach, the ability to understand clients needs
— Aspiration to achieving goals
— Proactivity

Advantages:

— Successful experience in B2B sales
— Knowing and applying sales techniques
— Understanding of marketing and IT trends
— CRM experience (Hubspot preferably)
