Our IT platform, LIGA360, currently serves over 160,000 users of various levels. In collaboration with partner projects integrated with LIGA ZAKON solutions, this number reaches approximately 360,000 diverse professionals, including nearly all executive and judicial authorities.

The company’s primary strategic focus is international expansion and creating product value for clients from different countries through our Platform.

As a result of our growth, we are inviting Chief Marketing Officer to join our team.

Role Objective: Develop, implement, and manage an international marketing strategy responsible for its execution across all company regions within the approved company development strategy.

The mission of the Role: Conquer new markets with our IT product, creating conditions for rapid market penetration through innovative and non-standard business approaches, leveraging our technological precision, customisation, unparalleled service, and support.


Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the global product and brand portfolio strategy across company markets.
  • Create and monitor marketing plans, initiatives, and projects within the company strategy.
  • Achieve key business indicators: revenue and market share.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Lead international marketing team, fostering growth and development.
  • Implement real-time reporting for an accurate marketing performance overview.

Marketing Mix:


  • Stay ahead of competitors by evolving the product portfolio.
  • Lead tactical and operational plans for international product launches.
  • Conduct target marketing research.
  • Enhance product value and continuous improvement.


  • Develop and adapt policies for local markets.
  • Participate in new market entry decisions and research.


  • Manage pricing strategies.
  • Calculate investment returns.
  • Approve local pricing for sales targets.


  • Implement multi-channel product promotion strategies.
  • Enhance channel efficiency.
  • Develop and implement product positioning policies.

Public & Government Relationships:

  • Develop external marketing communication policies.
  • Manage brand image and reputation.

The right candidate will possess a diverse range of experiences, skills, and competencies, including but not limited to:


  • Minimum eight years in international companies.
  • Minimum five years in global IT companies (Legal Tech, Reg Tech, OSINT, ERP).
  • Digital technology experience and research.

Education & Knowledge:

  • Marketing, legal, finance, or management degree.
  • Proficient in English.
