Lift is a Ukrainian startup that develops product in photo/video editing category. Our product operate primarily on Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, Great Britain, Canada, and Australia.

Lift app is:

● № 4 on the Ukrainian App Store Top Charts;
● Top 10 Graphic Design apps on App Store.

What we expect from you:

● 2+ years of experience in mobile and web design;
● Strong portfolio;
● Deep knowledge of HIG and Material design;
● Passion for pixel-perfect design;
● Experience in qualitative research is a plus;
● Upper-intermediate English is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

● Supervise and mentor design team;
● Design and improve our main iOS app;
● Design Android version of our product from scratch;
● Together with a product analytics team create and validate hypotheses to growth product metrics;
● Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
