We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to take the lead in shaping IT service software development projects for Western businesses, and with a natural talent for positive communication with clients during the estimate phase: together or after the CBDO

REQUIREMENTS

Tech skills:

• Successful experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer or Team Lead
• Excellent knowledge of PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/React, Node.js, SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, Docker for evaluating and developing projects on both FE and BE
• Ability to analyze and estimate projects, develop architecture, and plan project development
• Code Review: Skills in conducting code reviews, identifying errors, and suggesting optimal solutions for correction

Communication:

• English B2-C1 to communicate with clients
• Ukrainian language to communicate with a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with B2B clients: Demonstrate the company’s high level of competence
• Empathy to clients and ability to speak their language

Management:

• Experienced in forming a team and establishing internal processes for collaboration among developers
• Hands-on experience in leading a team of developers
• Ability to coordinate teamwork and assign tasks

Personality:

• Positive team player: harmonious relationship is essential for us
• You are a structured, organized, goal and detail-oriented
• Highly responsible and accountable

Responsibilities:

• Tech Team Leadership: Manage developers, coordinate team activities to ensure timely and quality project completion
• Technical Consulting: Engage with B2B clients (4 times per week) to discuss technical aspects of projects, showcasing the company’s competence
• Architecture and Integration Development: Design project architecture, plan and assess integrations
• Project Development Plan Creation: Develop a project development plan, including time and resource estimates required for project realization.
• Project Estimation: Conduct estimations for both front-end and back-end aspects of projects.
• Code Review: Develop detailed tasks for developers and conduct code reviews to minimize errors and accelerate testing and debugging processes.
• Coding 20-30%: When you have a free time
