German IT product company needs an experienced Software Product Manager to oversee executive management and development of enterprise ALM product that is steadily growing since 2001. Among our existing clients are top companies from the list of Fortune 500. The product ensures smart and agile testing for better software quality and higher profits.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Software Product Manager (ideally with a product aimed for corporate/enterprise segment)
• Fluent spoken and written English C1 for communication with a manager from Germany, there is also an option to speak German if you want to))
• Proven ability to plan and build product development strategies
• A clear understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and their aspects
• Understanding the basics of usability / UX for interface designing
• Understanding of tools and methods for performance indicators analysis, and user behaviour with the product
• Experience in analyzing the market/competitors’ products, identifying pain points and problems of potential users, development zones and product growth prospects
• You know how to transform users’ needs into product opportunities
• Experienced in documentation writing for product maintenance and recording the history of changes
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent communication skills to set tasks in a clear, concise, and laconic manner
• Personality type: highly responsible executive with an analytical mindset, initiative and proactive

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a team of 5 developers, 2 QAs, Head of Development, Product Owner and CEO
• Cooperate with teams of Customer Success, Sales and Marketing
• Monitoring the project implementation to hit success criteria in accordance with the business development strategy to satisfy even the most sophisticated corporate client
• Analyzing products on the market, audience needs, areas of opportunities, risks, problems, and solutions
• Formation of product development strategies for a short and long term
• Management and control of the product interface development
• Writing documentation for the interface and product opportunities
• Strategic product development/improvement and complex project management
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Gaining insights from potential prospects
• Looking into trend reports, market statistics, industry content, and any available sales data
• Meet financial goals of the product by a number of users, turnover, margin according to the business plan
